The Gaviksha Star Map beautifully captures the precise position of the stars, planets, moon, and sun from a specific place and moment on Earth. Thoughtfully crafted, it makes a meaningful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, weddings, baby showers, or any special moment you wish to treasure forever—such as the day you first met or shared your first kiss.
Along with choosing your preferred design, you can fully personalise your star map by adding a custom title and footnote. Each Gaviksha Star Map is created on demand and is truly one of a kind, crafted exclusively for you.
Material & Packaging
This product is printed using advanced UV digital printing technology on 3-5 mm clear plexiglass, ensuring high-definition, vibrant, and long-lasting results.
To enhance its presentation, every star map is paired with a solid wooden stand, allowing you to display your memories elegantly. The complete set is carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Please note: The Mini and Standard sizes come with a wooden stand. The Large size includes double tape for wall hanging and does not come with a wooden stand

Picture Quality
- Why is my print blurry or pixelated?: Blurry prints are usually due to low-resolution uploads. Images must be at least 300 DPI.
- Recommended Resolutions:8 x 12: 2400 x 3600 px10 x 15: 3000 x 4500 px12 x 18: 3600 x 5400 px
- How to check image resolution?:Windows: Right-click → Properties → DetailsMac: Right-click → Get InfoMobile: Use DPI checker app
- Can I upscale images?: No. Upscaling does not improve quality. Always upload original high-resolution files.
- Color Difference Warning: Screens use RGB; we print in CMYK. Minor color shifts may occur.
Delivery Information
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and ready within 1–2 working days for Frames and Canvas, and 3–4 working days for acrylic products after placing your order.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to weather, transit, or local restrictions. Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers. Please allow at least one 'Out for Delivery' attempt before contacting us.
- Special Occasion Orders: Place your order at least 15 working days in advance for time-sensitive events.
- Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email and WhatsApp.
- Delivery Attempt: Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please provide a valid phone number; an OTP is required for delivery.
- Missed Deliveries: If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the item will be returned. Reshipping is possible at your expense.
- Specific Date Requests: We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates. Courier timelines apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:COD is available on orders ₹99 and above with a ₹99 fee.Requires WhatsApp confirmation and a verification call. Unconfirmed orders are canceled.COD is not available for personalized products, hostels/PGs/colleges/hotels, remote areas, or closed business addresses.Multiple COD orders placed before the first is delivered may be canceled.
Return and Refund
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- ✔️ We do not offer returns, refunds or cancellations for Custom Products.
- ✔️ Non-custom product refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges (unless received damaged or received different product – Unboxing video is a must).
- ✔️ Change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or wrong size/color selection are not eligible.
- ✔️ Unboxing Video is Mandatory for all return/refund claims.
- ✔️ Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email along with unboxing video and images.

PACKAGING & CONDITION
Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition.
REFUND PROCESSING
- ✔️ For non-personalized products returned due to failed delivery (after 3 attempts), a partial refund is issued after deducting shipping and return costs.
- ✔️ Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method, after product return and verification.
