📦 Can I Track My Order?

Yes! Within 1–2 business days of placing your order, you'll receive an AWB (tracking) number.

📝 After You Submit Your Order – What Happens?

Manual Review
Our team carefully checks your order details (name, address, contact info, etc.) to ensure accuracy. This takes up to 24 hours, during which order cancellation is still possible.

Processing & Dispatch
Once reviewed, we prepare your package for dispatch. At this stage, cancellations are no longer accepted.

📦 Why Is My Order Shipped in Multiple Packages?

If your order contains multiple items, they might come from different warehouses or be shipped at different times based on availability — this ensures you receive your items as quickly as possible.

🚨 What If My Order Is Lost or Delayed?

All our shipments are sent with insured delivery.
If your order is delayed, returned undelivered, or lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement with priority shipping (if eligible).
