1. Why is my print blurry or pixelated?
Blurry prints are usually due to low-resolution uploads. Images must be at least 300 DPI.

3. How to check image resolution?
- Windows: Right-click → Properties → Details
- Mac: Right-click → Get Info
- Mobile: Use DPI checker app
4. Can I upscale images?
No. Upscaling does not improve quality. Always upload original high-resolution files.
5. Color Difference Warning
Screens use RGB; we print in CMYK. Minor color shifts may occur.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and ready within 1–2 working days for Frames and Canvas, and 3–4 working days for acrylic products after placing your order.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to weather, transit, or local restrictions. Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers. Please allow at least one ‘Out for Delivery’ attempt before contacting us.
Special Occasion Orders
Place your order at least 15 working days in advance for time-sensitive events.
Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email and WhatsApp.
Delivery Attempt
Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please provide a valid phone number; an OTP is required for delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the item will be returned. Reshipping is possible at your expense.
Specific Date Requests
We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates. Courier timelines apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available on orders ₹99 and above with a ₹99 fee.
- Requires WhatsApp confirmation and a verification call. Unconfirmed orders are canceled.
- COD is not available for:
- Personalized products
- Hostels, PGs, colleges, hotels, remote areas, or closed business addresses
- Multiple COD orders placed before the first is delivered may be canceled.
IMPORTANT: Create an Unboxing Video as soon as you receive the Package from Courier. The video should be clear and slow for our verification in case you receive wrong or damaged product in transit. No Edits and breaks in video.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- ✔️ We do not offer returns, refunds or cancellations for Custom Products.
- ✔️ Non-custom product refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges (unless received damaged or received different product – Unboxing video is a must).
- ✔️ Change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or wrong size/color selection are not eligible.
- ✔️ Unboxing Video is Mandatory for all return/refund claims.
- ✔️ Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email along with unboxing video and images.

PACKAGING & CONDITION
✔️ Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition.
REFUND PROCESSING
- ✔️ For non-personalized products returned due to failed delivery (after 3 attempts), a partial refund is issued after deducting shipping and return costs.
- ✔️ Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, after product return and verification.
All our frames and prints are crafted with the utmost care to ensure quality and satisfaction. Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting.
