1. Why is my print blurry or pixelated?
Blurry prints are usually due to low-resolution uploads. Images must be at least 300 DPI to ensure sharp quality.
2. What resolution should I upload?
Use this guide to ensure your images meet print standards:

3. How to check my image resolution?

4. What if it's from a phone camera?
Even good camera phones might fall short for large prints. Always check DPI before uploading.
5. Do you check the image quality?
No. It’s the customer’s responsibility to upload correct images.
6. Will you enhance the image?
No. We do not modify submitted images. What you send is what we print.
7. Can I upscale images?
No. Upscaling does not improve quality. Please upload high-resolution originals only.
8. Why does the print look different than my screen?
Screens use RGB mode. Printing uses CMYK. Slight color variation is normal.
9. How can I ensure best print results?

10. Can I get a replacement?
We don’t replace for poor uploads. Review your resolution before finalizing order.
After assembling, we wrap each product securely with bubble wrap and place it in a high-quality carton box to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is dispatched.
Personalized and custom prints are not eligible for returns. However, if your product is damaged in transit, we’ll replace it — provided an unboxing video is shared as proof.
